EAL-501 Aluminum Sheet Panel Encapsulated Raised Floor System

With a 15-minute fire resistance and economic construction, our Encapsulated Raised Floor Panels with a 0.2 mm Aluminum Sheet surface are produced using high-density chipboard in different thicknesses such as 30 mm / 38 mm. The top surface is covered with an aluminum sheet, the edges have a rigid PVC edge band, and the base structure is coated with 0.2 mm galvanized steel.

Encapsulated Raised Floor Systems are used with a surface application of either raw steel or, more commonly, complemented with carpet tiles.

General considerations in panel production include ensuring that the panels are beveled in a millimetric manner and that the coupling between steel and chipboard is effective.
