Especially developed for sports areas and playgrounds, EPDM Poured Rubber Flooring is a covering system prepared with an SBR rubber base. These features make it suitable for large sports and park areas with the use of a finisher machine, as well as for smaller park areas and areas requiring pattern work where it can be applied manually. After laying the SBR rubber base layer to different thicknesses according to specifications, the upper layer—an UV-resistant EPDM layer that can be produced in the desired color—is applied using polyurethane binders. The highly vibrant EPDM rubber layer, thanks to its UV resistance, preserves color vibrancy for extended periods and provides a highly decorative appearance. EPDM poured rubber systems are ready for use without surface pooling after rain, thanks to their water resistance.
