Raised Floor

Raised Floor System" or "Raised Access Flooring System" is a platform created by special MDF panels in dimensions of 60 cm x 60 cm or 50 cm x 50 cm, elevated 14 to 20 cm above the ground using adjustable aluminum legs.

Application areas include:

  • Data centers
  • Offices
  • Educational institutions
  • Control rooms
  • Areas requiring protection from potential hazards originating from the floor for equipment

It is commonly developed for commercial spaces and places with intensive use of electronic components. It facilitates underground cable routing and allows for easy intervention when necessary.

The surfaces can be covered with commercial-grade PVC or, as per preference, left in a raw state or covered with various alternatives such as carpet tiles. Proper leveling by skilled professionals is crucial to ensuring the floor's integrity.

The use of adjustable legs at different heights is a feature of raised flooring systems. Since the panels are not fixed, it is possible to lift the necessary area for intervention without causing damage to the floor.

In raised floor installations, aside from floor preparation, leveling is essential. Proper leveling of the supporting legs ensures the trouble-free installation and healthy use of the flooring.

Key features include:

  • Water-resistant
  • Adjustable
  • Compatible with different coverings
  • Durable
  • Modular
  • Desired elevation level

These are some of the main characteristics of raised access flooring systems.
